Dear Parents, Kindly note the steps mentioned below to confirm your child's admission in the stipulated time. Step 1 – Fee Payment process needs to be done between 6th Feb 2023 and 11th Feb 2023, Failing to do the fee payment till 11thFeb. 2023 will result into cancellation of your seat claimed for admission of your child. Step 2 – The link for ECS for the payment of school fee will be provided to you between 06th Feb 2023 and 11th Feb 2023 by the school between 9 am and 1 pm. Visit the school office for the same in given timings. Step 3 – Collect the admission form from 6th Feb 2023 to 11th Feb 2023 between 9 am and 1 pm on working days. Step 4 – Admission form submission with all respective documents is to be completed on or before 14th Feb 2023 between 9 am and 1 pm on working days. Step 5 – Fill in the admission form completely and attach the following SELF ATTESTED Documents:- 1) Student's recent photos – 2 no's – (a) Paste one on the admission form (b) Paste one on I-card form. (I-Card format is attached with the admission form. Kindly note that Blood Group is mandatory in the I-Card format). 2) Father's and Mother's photos to be pasted on the admission form. Guardian’s photo (if applicable). 3) Student's Birth certificate 1 photocopy (xerox). 4) Student's Aadhar Card – (If it's not ready, kindly start the process and submit copy in the school office in the month of June. Student's Aadhar card number is mandatory as specified by the Education Department). 5) Father's and Mother's Aadhar Card. 6) Parent's Recent Residential Proof. (Electricity bill/ Passport/Rent Agreement etc..). 7) Father's / Student's Caste Certificate ( if Reserve Category i.e. SC, ST, OBC etc..). 8) Father's Leaving Certificate in case of Religious Minority Category [Jain, Sikh, Muslim, Parsi, Christian]. 9) Affidavit for Konkani Linguistic Minority (Konkani, Malvani, Kudali and Chitpawani speaking people are included in Konkani speaking community). In case not submitted with application form. 10) Original Leaving Certificate from previous school.
